Spirit Of Kalayaan...

When the Philippines celebrated it's 100th year of independence in 1998, Nolly was part of the biggest celebration of Filipino-Canadians, The Spirit Of Kalayaan '98", attended by more than 20,000 on July 11, 1998 at the Skydome, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He was with the group called "Spirit Of Kalayaan Singers" who rendered the opening number, an award-winning centennial theme song called "Kaunlaran" composed by Avelino Morala.
